Fast synthesis of ultra-thin ZnSnO3nanorods with high ethanol sensing properties

Abstract

Ultra-thin 3 nm ZnSnO3 nanorods were successfully prepared, which not only exhibit high sensitivity to ethanol at relatively low temperature, but also good selectivity.
