Single stranded DNA-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) conjugate for affinity precipitation separation of oligonucleotides

Abstract

The conjugate between single-stranded DNA and the temperature-responsive polymer poly(N-isopropylacryl-amide) was synthesized, and was demonstrated todistinguish its target sequence from mismatch DNAs andseparate it from aqueous solution when heated.
