Two-dimensional tritium–proton nuclear Overhauser effects in proteins

Abstract

Two-dimensional 3H {1H} NOE experiments have been used to examine an α-tritiated tosyl derivative of chymotrypsin, demonstrating the feasibility of such experiments with a material of Mr 25 000 and revealing through-space dipolar interaction at the active site of the enzyme.
