Chirality Amplification Step of Temperature Cycle-Induced Deracemization

Abstract

We quantitatively analysed when the chirality enrichment proceeded during temperature cycle-induced deracemization by monitoring crystalline ee during a single heating-cooling cycle. The enrichment proceeded during dissolution steps. Furthermore, evolution and devolution of ee could be described by mass and surface area ratio between the enantiomeric crystals.
