Highly emissive boron-α-thioimidinates: substituent control of photophysics and charge transport properties
Abstract
We report the first family of boron-α-thioimidinates, (C6F5)2B(N^S). Our findings demonstrate that this group of compounds have significant photophysical properties (ΦF = 0.6% to 93.0%). These boron-based molecules also display bulk electron mobility (10−5 cm2 V−1 s−1).
