Easy and green preparation of a graphene–TiO2 nanohybrid using a supramolecular biomaterial consisted of artificially bifunctionalized proteins and its application for a perovskite solar cell

Abstract

We report a novel preparation method for a graphene/TiO2 nanohybrid using a supramolecular biomaterial (CDT1). CDT1 can offer an increase in dispersibility of graphene in water and subsequent complexation of graphene and TiO2. The nanohybrid was applied to a perovskite solar cell and succeeded to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency.
