Rapid determination of vitamin B12 (cobalamin) based on silver nanoclusters capped by polyethyleneimine with different molecular weights and terminal groups

Abstract

Fluorescence of Ag nanoclusters templated by hyperbranched polyethyleneimine with different molecular weights and terminal groups could be quenched by vitamin B12 (cobalamin) on the basis of the inner filter effect mechanism.
