Electronic communication across N-linked unconjugated polymers: important insight into the charge transfer processes of polyaniline

Abstract

The [C6H4C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CPtL2C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CC6H4] → quinone charge transfer bands in unconjugated ([Pt]–NMe–Q)n's are similar to the conjugated systems showing that the NMe secures communication.
