Double stimulus-induced stem cell aggregation during differentiation on a biopolymer hydrogel substrate

Abstract

A double stimulus-sensing platform based on a biopolymer hydrogel was developed for inducing stem cell aggregation and subsequent release. Our work will bring up a novel methodology to generate smart scaffolds with tailorable properties for biomedical applications.
