Perfluoropolyether-infused nano-texture: a versatile approach to omniphobic coatings with low hysteresis and high transparency

Abstract

By infusing a perfluoropolyether lubricating liquid into a nano-textured alumina gel film that was modified with perfluoroalkylphosphonic acid, an omniphobic coating with low hysteresis for both polar and non-polar liquids was prepared.
