A Ca2+ complex with octadentate cyclen having three pyridines and one triazole on its sidearms mediated two-point chirality transfer from an external chiral source to the coordinating pyridine and coumarin moieties. The induced chirality information was repeatedly written, deleted, and rewritten by coupling with esterification of the coordinating external chiral anion.
