Phosphine-mediated disulfide metathesis in aqueous media

Abstract

Dynamic carbohydrate systems have been efficiently generated through phosphine-mediated disulfide metathesis in aqueous media. The protein compatibility and binding features of the dynamic systems were demonstrated in situ using 1H STD NMR.
