“Clickable” polymernanoparticles: a modular scaffold for surface functionalization

Abstract

The versatility of copper-catalyzed alkyneazide coupling (CuAAC) in functionalizing drug-loaded polymer nanoparticles is demonstrated via the modification of surfaces of acetylene-functionalized PNPs with folate, biotin, and gold nanoparticles.
