The structure of the new complex hydride Li₂BH₄NH₂, determined through Rietveld analysis of synchrotron X-ray and neutron powder diffraction data, comprises a hexagonal array of discrete (LiNH₂)₆ clusters dispersed in a LiBH₄ matrix.
