Synthesis and anticancer activity studies of α-aminoalkylated conjugated nitroalkenes

Abstract

Novel α-aminoalkylated conjugated nitroalkenes which inhibit human cervical cancer (HeLa) cell proliferation by binding to tubulin were synthesized by imidazole/LiCl-mediated reaction of conjugated nitroalkenes with N-tosylimines.
