Abstract

A molecular salt of tricyanomethanide anion and a N,N′-dianisylphenazinium dication forms extended supramolecular assemblies that consist of unusual methoxy⋯methoxy and C[triple bond, length as m-dash]N⋯N+ intermolecular contacts.
