One-pot formation of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring systems using a deprotection–cyclisation–asymmetric reduction sequence

Abstract

A one-pot sequence of amine deprotection, intramolecular C[double bond, length as m-dash]N bond formation and subsequent asymmetric reduction may be promoted by a ruthenium catalyst.
