A novel heteropolymetalate containing palladium(II): synthesis and crystal structure of K2Na6[Pd2W10O36]·22H2O

Abstract

The first well-characterised example of a heteropolymetalate involving palladium, [Pd2W10O36]8–, contains two W5O186–‘ligands’, each bridging between two four-coordinate palladium(II) ions in square-planar environments, defined by an X-ray crystal structure analysis.
