Synthesis and structure of [V3S2O3(S2CNEt2)3]: a trinuclear vanadium cluster with bridging vanadyl groups

Abstract

[V3S2O3(S2CNEt2)3] is prepared and shown to comprise an {(Et2NCS2)VO(µ2-S)2VO(S2CNEt2)} component, the two oxo-groups of which are bound cisto the oxo-group of a VO(S2CNEt2) moiety to form a novel trinuclear vanadium cluster.
