Cationic complexes of ruthenium(II)

Abstract

Cationic hydrazine and substituted hydrazine salts of the [(diene)Ru(N2H4)4](BPh4)2 and [(C8H12)Ru(H)L3]BPh4(L = N2H4, N(CH3)2NH2) have been prepared and used as precursors for the formation of a series of ruthenium(II) salts.
