Introducing the magazine

Rapidly expanding associations between the RSC and the chemical sciences community in the People's Republic of China have opened the way to the introduction of a Chinese edition of the award-winning Chemistry World. 

On September 7th 2007, in partnership with China's leading chemical societies including the Chinese Chemical Society and the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, the RSC launchedChemistry World: China to a print circulation of 20,000 top Chinese chemical scientists, with the online magazine offering access to a further 60,000 members of the collaborating organisations.

Since launch in 2004, Chemistry World has achieved international respect for projecting chemistry through informative reporting and authoritative comment. The new China edition also carries a news section focusing on developments in Chinese chemical science, policy and business.
