Sunday Telegraph highlights RSC views on exam standards

The Royal Society of Chemistry's view on falling standards in the UK examination process was featured in a Sunday Telegraph story yesterday.
 
The newspaper approached the RSC for the chief executive's comment on the Key Stage 3 national science test, already aware of the RSC's proactive stance on declining assessment standards.

The Sunday Telegraph story said that examiners had been urged to award marks for incorrect answers to pump up this year's scores.
